Construction has begun for VDOT's Chester Area Headquarters New Combo Building

Daniel & Company is working dilligently on the construction of VDOT's Chester Area Headquarter's New Combo Building that will house offices and vehicle bays.

Time Line

Existing storage warehouse

May 29, 2025 - Demolition of the existing storage warehouse has begun.

June 12, 2025 - Grading the building pad. 

July 31, 2025 - Masonry foundation walls have started. 

August 14, 2025 - Stone is starting to be placed for the slab. 

August 28, 2025 - Slab is ready to be placed at the Combo Building. 

September 25, 2025 - Slab has been placed.
